We walk through every room to inspect finishes, test appliances, and check electrical and plumbing systems.
If any minor cosmetic touch-ups are needed (a scuff on the paint or a stiff hinge), we document them immediately to be rectified before you settle in.
We don't just hand you a house; we teach you how to use it. We demonstrate how to operate your HVAC, smart home systems, and security features.
This is the milestone moment where the property legally and practically becomes yours.

You will receive a consolidated package containing warranties, appliance manuals, color codes (for future painting), and supplier contact lists.
We provide all necessary final inspections and occupancy permits required by local authorities.

We stand by our craftsmanship. We offer a structured warranty period (typically 12–24 months) to repair any workmanship defects that may arise as the house "settles."
